Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement

To File a Notice of Infringement

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether material available online infringes your copyright, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.

Upon receipt of proper notification of claimed infringement, Site will follow the procedures outlined herein and in the DMCA.

Please include the following information in your notification:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, StickWarLegacyAPK will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.

Please note that any misrepresentation of material fact in a written notification automatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred by StickWarLegacyAPK in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement.

This process does not prevent you from seeking legal counsel and filing an infringement lawsuit against the alleged infringer. However, please consider whether the use of our DMCA notice process may be a more efficient way to address your concerns.
